Transportation/Lyft Ride FAQ’s

What Lyft programs are available?

Rides for:

  • Dow Rummel Residents
  • Rides for WIC Clients
  • Elderly or Disabled
  • Adult Vaccinations
  • Unrestricted (meaning 18 and older) Rides within the city of Sioux Falls for social needs destinations

What criteria do all rides follow?

They all require 24-48 hour business day notice except Dow Rummel rides.  Dow Rummel rides only require a 24 hour business day notice.

The processes for registering a caller and requesting a call back is the same.

Do not register same day rides, as that is not enough notice
