Program Information
Provides Medication-Assisted Treatment (Suboxone, Naloxone, Vivitrol) addressing opioid, alcohol, heroin, and methamphetamine addictions. Physically located in Rapid City, SD, but providing services anywhere in South Dakota via Telemedicine. Medication assisted treatment is the use of FDA-approved medications in combination with counseling and other therapies to provide a whole-patient approach to treatment for substance use disorders (SUD).
Other services include MAT services, HIV/HCV screenings, lab work, pregnancy tests, specialty and primary care referrals;Medication assistance programs, and Patient advocacy & resource connection.

Eligibility
Age 18 and up;MAT therapies exist to help anyone struggling with a substance use disorder including heroin, prescription pain relievers that contain opiates, alcohol, and meth.
