Program Information
Holy Innocents Ministry offers diapers, wipes, and formula vouchers to qualified families at no charge, program may be utilized once every 60 days.
Eligibility
Children under 3 years old. Must be South Dakota resident with a current valid ID.
Disabilities access
Accessible parking, route, and restrooms.
Required Documents
Must present one of the following: Child's Medicaid Card (South Dakota) or 2) Document with child's name and birthdate (birth certificate, passport, etc.) and any one of the following: SD WIC card, SD EBT card, parent SD driver's license, or other proof of SD residency.
