Program Information
East River Legal Services (ERLS) has an Eviction Prevention Hotline. The Eviction Prevention Hotline is for individuals and families with questions regarding evictions, in any capacity, to complete an application for services over the phone.Eligibility
Applicants must meet financial requirements to receive assistance with eviction and/or landlord/tenant issues. Income: Household income within 125%, some exceptions apply. Income must be proven prior to case acceptance. Program services NOT income sensitive: Seniors and Veterans.
