Farmer's Stress Hotline - Even those with toughened hands and hearts need someone to talk to. Extreme weather conditions, machinery breakdowns, a volatile ag environment, long hours that prevent time with family, and lowered income all cause frustration. This line is answered by mental health professionals who can help navigate symptoms or signs of anxiety or depression.
Health Care Worker Stress Hotline - Available for any health care professional in South Dakota who might need someone to talk to about stress, anxiety, depression or other impacts caused by COVID-19 and other life events.
