Provides multi and single family financing and development, including:

• Single family home ownership loans at low market rates to qualified first-time home buyers.
• Repeat home buyer loan program offers low interest, fixed rate mortgage loans and cash assistance
• Governors' House Program for income qualified individuals and families.
• Administers federal programs for development and management of multifamily housing, housing counseling, and homelessness services.
• Home buyer education
• Down payment assistance
• Home improvement loans i.e.. CHIP (Community Home Improvement Program) which is for low income homeowners (limit is 120% of median income) to make repairs or improvements to their home. Interest rate is 2.9%.
• Administers home-buyer education and other housing programs
