Program Information
The Mobile Food Distribution, a program of Feeding South Dakota, distributes free food to individuals and families throughout the state.

- Each family receives nutritious foods such as fresh and frozen produce, meat, shelf-stable items, dairy products, boxed meals, and more.
- The types of food distributed vary depending on what is available at the current time.
- Distributions operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Guests can receive food once each calendar month.
- Guests can establish someone to pick up food for them by completing the TEFAP Proxy form or the:
- Spanish TEFAP Proxy Form

Eligibility
When picking up food, guests will be asked to register their household and self-declare their income.

Required Documents
TEFAP Proxy pickup requires the proxy's photo ID and the completed Proxy Form
Application Process
Pre-registration is not required. Guests who cannot pick up from a mobile distribution may establish someone to pick food up for them by completing the TEFAP Proxy Form (see description for link).
