Program Information

Provides medical, mental health, and complementary services in one location, by providers that collaborate care, to ensure the best treatment outcomes for clients. Services are available to all people of all ages seeking healing from mental and physical injury to improve health and wellness.

Services provided are Mental Health Counseling specializing in individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, functional medicine, psychiatry, yoga, diet, and nutrition therapy, massage therapy, children, couples, and family counseling, art/play and yoga therapy.

Also provides telehealth counseling for individuals in SD, and psychiatry services for clients in ID, IA, KS, MI, MN, MT, ND, SD and WY.
