Offering studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartment options. All units are drug and alcohol free, and income restricted for affordable independent living.
Applications are required with $40.00 app fee for screening through Lloyd Property Management.
Glory House full treatment and outpatient services are available through referrals.
Eligibility
Open to most;persons with certain criminal charges in history are restricted Permanent house - individuals are required to be placed on interest list, complete application and sign a lease upon approval.
Disabilities access
Accessible apartment units as well as parking, route, entrance, elevator and restrooms are available.
Required Documents
Application, ID, Social Security card, birth certificate and financial documents.
Application Process
Call to be placed on the interest list. Prospective tenants will be called when an opening is available and invited to schedule an appointment for a showing and application. Application is screened and checked for compliance by Lloyd Property Management. Glory House manages the apartments independent of Lloyd Properties.
