Program Information
A therapeutic place of residence for persons suffering from substance use disorders and mental illness. Offering dignity and serenity to continue the journey of recovery, healing, and wholeness.
Serenity Hills offers 3 distinct programs:
-Social setting detoxification
-Halfway house combines a strong AA 12-step philosophy with a multi-disciplinary team approach, including professional addiction, psychiatric and mental health care.
-Crisis intervention/Appropriate Regional Facility/Safe Rooms for individuals experiencing mental health crisis and/or having thoughts of self-harm.
Eligibility
Halfway House: Males, 18 and over, diagnosed with substance use disorder and mental illness. Detox: Available for males and females, 18 and over. Admission criteria is either currently experiencing intoxication or withdrawal symptoms with the desire for recovery. Crisis Intervention: Available for 18 and over experiencing severe Mental Health crisis or suicidal thought.

Application Process
Detox: Call and complete prescreening admission questions. Prescribed medications requested. Halfway House: Complete admission application and submit for approval;Substance Use Evaluation, Psychiatric/MH Evaluation (if appropriate) and physical needed prior to Halfway House admission. Safe Room: Referral from Law Enforcement or Counselor. Call for information.
