Program Information

Northeastern SD community mental health agency. Offers the following:

  • Counseling services including:
    • individual, couple, family and group therapy
    • staff members work with families/individuals/couples to provide services in the home, community, or office (at the discretion of the client)
  • Substance use disorder evaluation and treatment
    • Walk-in Assessments for Substance Use available during regular business hours.
    • Outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment services (day or evening hours available).
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Medical office
    • psychiatric services - assessments, medication management, serving adults 18 and over
  • Telehealth services
