Program Information

Program in partnership with City of Sioux Falls/Housing. Offering single family detached homes that have been newly constructed and sold to eligible households.

Properties are all located within the city limits of Sioux Falls and generally include 2 bedroom homes on main floor and 2 additional bedrooms can be added downstairs.

Down payment assistance may be available for qualified households.

First time homebuyers must complete homebuyer education class.

Eligibility

Must fall within income guidelines and must be able to qualify for a mortgage from a lender

Application Process

Interested parties need to be income qualified by City of Sioux Falls/Housing. Applications are accepted after the program has been explained to the interested buyer and determine that they are generally qualified.
