Program Information

Utility assistance (anyone served by MDU, Black Hills Energy or West River Electric) can be helped through this program. Bill must be 30 days past due. Help is available when funds are available.

Church response does NOT help with rent expense assistance.

Eligibility

Open to all people with low income who have a utility bill 30 days past due.

Disabilities access

Accessible parking, route, entrance and restroom.

Required Documents

For utility help: proof of income for last month, rent receipt, Social Security cards for family members, and bill or disconnect notice.
