Provides services and supports to children and adults with developmental disabilities by providing support, skills and encouragement needed to achieve hopeful and successful futures.Services provided to program participants include:
- Special education

- Home-based instruction
- Residential living facilities
- Consultations
- Psychiatric services
- Medication management
- Counseling
- Transition Program
Eligibility
Individuals must have a diagnosis of a developmental disability to access HCBS Funding. Children or adults who do not meet HCBS funding criteria can receive services if there is another funding source such as a local school district.
