Residential services: 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
Front desk hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (MT), Monday - Friday
10:00am - 4:00pm (MT), Saturday

Primarily Pennington County, although open to anyone in the Black Hills
Program Information
Outpatient, voluntary walk-in center for youth in middle and high school who are in crisis or considering suicide. It provides Screenings / Assessments, Observation, De-escalation / Stabilization, and Referrals to appropriate services.
Also has Community Health Workers that will provide case management services (STAY Wellfully):
