The Data Support Specialist provides support to the multi-disciplinary Nexus SD team and Integration Manager in data management, analysis, data quality, visualizations, integrations, testing, and reporting. This will involve investigating data quality, recognizing trends, and identifying opportunities for improvements in program and user processes. The ideal candidate would have a knowledge and understanding of relational database systems, data analytics, data visualization tools, CRM software, referral systems, and possess the ability to learn new and complex technology/software quickly.
Job Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related degree in any field with a strong interest in technology and the social services sector.
- Software administration and database management experience is preferred
- Data visualization experience in Tableau and/or PowerBI is preferred

The Nexus SD Partner Engagement Specialist is responsible for implementing partner engagement and training for the Nexus SD project in South Dakota. The Nexus SD Partner Engagement Specialist will be passionate about social determinants of health and motivated to engage health and human service providers in a statewide closed-loop referral system of committed partners who want to provide person-centered care and share data across sectors to improve care coordination. The successful applicant will have a track record that demonstrates their talents at engaging partners through group facilitation, individual conversations, and large group presentations to ultimately become part of the Nexus SD statewide collaboration. This position would be ideal for a versatile and dedicated professional who can generate enthusiasm for a shared vision to create conditions for successful systems change.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the marketing efforts for the Helpline Center including the design, planning, and execution of marketing and communication strategies. They are responsible for facilitating client and donor development through marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing or public relations experience

The Helpline Specialist is responsible for providing quality customer service to people requesting information and referral assistance and crisis support through the Helpline Connections Center. This includes 211 programing, texting, emails, contract services and other Helpline services.

This is an ideal position for individuals who are interested in helping others and making a contribution to their community. Mental Health Counselors provide evidenceinformed crisis intervention, brief supportive counseling, suicide prevention, information & referral and follow-up services to individuals who contact the Helpline Center through 988 in emotional distress, with substance use issues or with suicidal ideation. Counselors interact with clients by telephone, SMS text messaging, and/or web chat. The position provides an opportunity to practice a wide range of clinical skills, and knowledge of the expanding field of behavioral health. The position will work four ten-hour days.
*Shift times: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
*$1,000 sign-on bonus
*This position can be remote (must be a South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, or North Dakota resident)
Job Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field required - Additional experience working in mental health counseling or mental health crisis strongly preferred.
