Helpline Center Network of Care
Since 2015, the Helpline Center has been leading a collaborative of social service agencies that built a system infrastructure providing social service agencies a mechanism to connect with each other to better provide services to individuals and families in the Sioux Falls area. The Helpline Center Network of Care (HCNC) was developed and launched with the Helpline Center assuming the lead role as the system administrator to implement a shared software solution among nonprofit organizations. Based on the success of HCNC in Sioux Falls, the program has expanded to Brookings and Watertown communities.
Purpose
Building a coordinated social service system to provide needed services to individuals and families in a more efficient, effective, and caring manner.
Mission
To provide data and analysis designed to help the community serve those in need and to help make effective referrals to serve the whole person.
