Clinic provides primary care, mental health, home based primary care, and telehealth services. No emergency services are provided at the clinic.

Audiology Services:

• including hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and replacement, are provided on Tuesdays, Thursday afternoons and Friday afternoons at the CBOC.

The following programs and specialty care are available by telehealth:

• Cardiology, Diabetes Management, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Genomic Medicine, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Neurology, Nutrition, Oncology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Prosthetics, Pulmonary, and VIST (low Vision).

Offers mental health services for adults, couples, children (including adolescents), and families. Specialties include: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, family therapy, children/adolescents, Autism, PTSD, military service or Veteran issues. Helps clients address and treat behavioral, educational, and relationship issues. Trauma Specialist certified in Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Certified School Counselor as well. Offering face to face counseling services as well as telehealth services.

The facility is centrally located in the downtown area of Sioux Falls and within walking distance of other community resources. Veterans Services offers laundry facility, showers, bathrooms, computer access for job searches and resume preparation, VA services, addiction meetings, HUD VASH meetings, and snacks.

Provides professional counseling services to adults, couples, and children/teens. Areas of expertise include anger management, addiction, anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, chronic illness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), depression, grief, military/Veteran's Issues, OCD, PTSD, and Schizophrenia.

The Mental Health Service Line includes outpatient mental health, psychiatry services, local recovery coordinator, care coordination and home tele-health, peer support services, and more.
