Watertown Healthy Youth Coalition at Watertown - 19th Street N.E.
The coalition carries out evidence-based environmental strategies which address substance use and other unhealthy risk-taking behaviors that impact youth within the Watertown, SD area. It also implements Project SUCCESS, which is school based prevention programming at the middle and high schools. Coalition also provides presentations, trainings, resource material, and technical assistance to assist community sectors.

NE Prevention Resource Center at Watertown - 19th Street N.E.
Offers access to resources such as training, videos, curricula, and books on topics surrounding the issues of alcohol, tobacco, other drugs, and violence related issues. Training and resources are offered around mental health first aid and suicide prevention. Provides services to 21 counties in the N.E. region of South Dakota.
Also, has DisposeRX packets available, which is a home disposal solution for prescriptions. A person just adds warm water into the pill bottle and empties the packet in the bottle as well. Shake it up for 30 seconds and dispose. Available to anyone in the 21 counties in the N.E. region of South Dakota (the HSA coverage area).

Health Connect of South Dakota:
- Strives to provide all South Dakotans access to qualitative, authenticated, independent sources of health information.
- Provides South Dakotans with free up-to-date health information on a variety of medical and safety issues. As needed, information and referrals to other organizations who may have additional pertinent information is available along with information on support groups and national agencies.
- Manages the Sioux Empire Coalition and the Sioux Empire Coalition for Youth and Young Adults and provides facilitation for various evidence based health programs.
