Help Collect and sort donated coats for Life 96.5 coat drive. Help is need before and on Sept. 25!
Paint rails and concrete walls at the Washington Pavilion.
Help with kennel repairs, building animal play pens, installing a window, painting and/or more at Second Chance Rescue Center.
Repair a roof, skirting and deck of a mobile home for an elderly Workers on Wheels client.
Paint parking lot light bases at the Make-A-Wish building.
Pack meals for Kids Against Hunger.
Gather, clean and prepare lawn furniture for winter at Good Samaritan Society Sioux Falls Village.
Help with set up and tear down at the Walk/Run for Life.

Volunteer Sioux Falls, a community-wide day of volunteerism, will take place Saturday, September 25, 2010. Join 1,000 volunteers as hundreds of hands help build a better community during this day of service.

Become INVOLVED by joining or planning a Volunteer Sioux Falls project for your family, friends or co-workers on Sept. 25!
Just follow these five easy steps:
1. Save the date! Saturday, September 25, 2010
2. Pick a project. Click here to see a list of project ideas or create a project of your own! You can also dial 2-1-1 for personalized assistance.
3. Recruit helpers. Ask your friends, family or co-workers to get involved.
4. Register your project with the Volunteer HELP!Line. REGISTER NOW or dial 2-1-1 and ask for Sara. Volunteers participating in registered projects will receive Volunteer Sioux Falls 2010 t-shirts for everyone in their group. (These are available only when supplies last, so register your project now!)
5. Volunteer on September 25!
